Our inspection by the Green Tourism Business Scheme took place in February 2008 and, after a three-hour exhaustive review of all our procedures and operations, we have been awarded Silver Grade. We are very pleased with this achievement at our first attempt. There are definite signs of spring at Cossington Park. The daffodils are shooting up and the birds and getting busy. The frogs and newts in our three wildlife ponds, including the rare Great Crested Newt, are waking up. We have recently erected owl, bat and bird boxes so we will see if the spring brings some new winged guests into our little haven. Archery at Cossington Park on 9th March 2008:
